Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
